Our May 2011 educational meeting featured Mack Collier, a nationally known social media strategist, trainer and speaker, who works with businesses of all sizes. His talk entitled, “How to Handle Negative Blog Comments”, informed attendees about best practices to deal with critics in social media and blogging.
The sponsors for this meeting were the Hill Event Center, adjacent to the Alabama Theater, and Mellow Mushroom. At the end of the meeting, attendees were surprised with cupcakes from Dreamcakes.
